Dear Volunteer...THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Did we say thank you? Well, if we did...we certainly cannot thank you enough. So, thank you, again for taking time out of your busy schedule, to volunteer to help out with our 1st Annual Quest Aurora Fundraiser. We appreciate you!

The event will take place Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 9:00am - 2:30pm. Check-in begins at 8:00am. We are requesting that all volunteers arrive by 7:30am to prepare. All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and lunch! We will have a volunteer conference call the evening before, Friday, September 15th and will email you your assignment and duties. The conference call details will be announced at a later date. 

The following is a list of areas we will need volunteers to serve. Please email us if you have a preference, otherwise we will just fill spots as volunteers sign up. 

  • Check-in

  • Covering a location site

  • Awards

  • Food servers

  • Set up

  • Take down
